Beach Please (2025)
Acrylic on canvas. 9x12in
Created during the Durham YouthWorks program, this painting explores texture and movement through an unconventional painting technique. I used a fork to create repeated patterns throughout the piece, including the spiral texture of the sun, the sky and clouds, the waves in the water, and the washed-up boat along the shore. The repeated marks create movement across the scene while showing how everyday objects can be used to experiment with texture in painting.

I created Scal3s as a way to combine character design with a real world environment, using the setting to give the character a sense of place. The contrast between the digital character and the photograph creates a surreal scene where the imagined and the real exist together.
Luffy Fan Art (2026)
Digital Illustration
A personal reinterpretation of Luffy from One Piece, redesigned with my own visual style and details. This piece combines a familiar character with elements of my own style, identity, and creative expression.

A small stained glass piece created during Duke Arts+ as part of Illuminated: Education Through the ReCreation of Historic Stained Glass. I constructed the stained glass panel using traditional lead techniques and hand chiseled the wooden frame to create a finished presentation for the piece. This project allowed me to develop skills in glass cutting, soldering, woodworking, precision, and traditional stained glass craftsmanship. The piece was later showcased at the 2026 Arts+ & Doc+ Final Showcase at Duke.
Death Valley (2026)

A 2D design study created through paper cutting and the careful arrangement of positive and negative space. I used shape, contrast, and composition to build the final image, exploring how simple pieces of paper can recreate digital design I made exclusively for SHEIN.

Coolest Monkey in the Jungle (2025)
Acrylic Paint and Colored Pencil on Paper

Combining acrylic paint and colored pencils allowed me to explore color, contrast, and texture while bringing the jungle scene to life.
